90-day refund: cancel any time in the first 90 days for a full refund of fees paid. Hardware is returned within 14 days.

Find-It-First guarantee: if Chladni does not flag at least one verified developing fault in the first 90 days of full operation, year one of monitoring is credited free. "Verified" = a data-flagged anomaly confirmed on physical inspection. Applies at 10+ monitored machines. Credit, not cash. One guarantee per customer; doesn't stack with other discounts.

Hardware: included in the monthly price, remains Chladni property, returned on contract end.
